New technologies, work methods and forms of cooperation are arising rapidly. Organizations and those working within them must continuously learn and grow. I believe in the concept of ‘lifelong learning’, and in my perspective that means continuously considering where you can make a difference, what you need to learn and who can and wants to help you. It means reinventing yourself and your organization when necessary and being open to new opportunities.
I believe organizations can only reinvent themselves if they pursue the exchange of both talent and knowledge. To stay outside of their own comfort zone, and by getting inspired by others. I believe public leadership is about embracing the unknown, making a difference in society and sharing your talent and drive. My motto is “If you don’t change, you don’t grow. If you don’t grow, you aren’t really living”.
As a strategic advisor, project manager and trainer I work on innovation, new business, personal development and organizational learning. In my spare time I motivate young professionals to expand their knowledge through learning paths, Think Tank challenges and coaching.
