I believe in being MAD, making a difference. My parents always told me I can achieve whatever I want, as long as I really work for it. And that not only me but everybody can change the world for the better.  No matter who you are, what your background is or your education.

“Whatever you do, make sure you do this with conviction and with love” is another lesson from my mother. A lesson I took to heart: whenever I do something I pour a lot of passion and love in it.

I think it is very important for all of us to be aware of the fact that we can all make a difference in our life, work, organization and our environment. Even when a challenge seems extremely difficult, you can solve it as long as you really want it. This has nothing to do with being put in a formal leadership position because having a formal leadership position and performing leadership are two different things.

You and me, all of us can improve the world: no matter how big or how small. I would love to help more people see and understand this, and make them MAD, very MAD!
